Growing Giving, LLC creates intentional intergenerational spaces to free the abundance and joy of people involved in and impacted by philanthropy. We do this work to improve and create systems of compassion and collective care for healing.

Growing Giving specializes in conflict transformation centering race; intergenerational giving that shares power with young people; and holding compassionate change for individuals, especially through executive and board transitions.

Guided by inspiration from nature and art, Growing Giving supports leaders, families, foundations, and organizations growing transformative giving.

Let us grow giving together.

May we know we are not
alone in this journey.

Partnerships.

It is a privilege to choose those we build, create, and struggle alongside.

We partner with philanthropic organizations, especially family funds and foundations, and philanthropy serving organizations and their executive board leadership, to improve and create systems of compassion and collective care for healing.

"The moment we choose to love we begin to move against domination, against oppression.  The moment we choose to love we begin to move towards freedom. To act in ways that liberate ourselves and others. That action is the testimony of love as the practice of freedom.”
